Terrible business practices. i canceled and they claim never have recd my cancelation. Charged my bank $213.00 and caused me overdraft fees. I have written 3 times they never even wrote back to explain why they are charging me for a year of service when I canceled within a week or two? Fine if you want to charge me for the two weeks or 3 weeks that I've had it, that's fine but what about the other 11 and 1/2 months??!! This company was happy enough to cancel the subscription. And quickly!
