I just canceled this subscription after paying for it for 11 months, unknowingly. It's my fault for not realizing I was being charged $29.99 per month. It was on auto pay and my spouse handles our credit card bills. I emailed the developer 2 days ago. I thought I would go ahead and try using the app, but needed some instruction. They did not answer. Update: I did get an answer after 2 days, but I needed to cancel the app before getting charged another $29.99. They refunded a token 1-month pymt. Edited

More ads than any other app! Before I could even read what permissions it was asking for it loaded a full-screen, non-skippable ad. I had to put my phone into airplane mode just to be able to use the app at all! The only reason I'm not giving this one star is that it did in fact allow me to transfer all my texts to a new phone, but honestly it felt like malware with how many ads I just went through. I legitimately feel dirty now.

Ads are too much! And free version shouldn't that bugged! And when it said it backed up to a folder, folder was empty, where did my data go? Fails to upload to Google drive too, SCAM Use app with same name but with green logo with arrows going around. It's free, works with Google drive and very efficient. Even has the scheduled backups (for free too!) Edited

Prompted for review without even using the app. It's a great 👍🏼 app but it keeps saying that I denied read/write access to my SD card. The app settings from the app or my phone settings doesn't even have that feature for storage access. The app also keeps giving an error when I try to give access to any Google storage drive. You're forced to use your internal storage. You have to physically transfer the files. GOTTA USE THIS APP TO OPEN THE BACKUP! 🙄 TRAPPED INTO PAYING THE $14.99 Uninstallin Edited

App did exactly what I expected. However, I did not appreciate a maximum volume advertisement jumpscare when clicking a menu on an app that I don't expect to have sound. If possible, please filter these out. As there is no in app sound control, your users shouldn't expect ads with sound.
