This is the perfect simple, customizable, and well designed app I needed to start my breath work practice. I love the quality they're giving for no subscription! It has one visualization for "box breathing" (which has been studied for helping reduce stress both in the moment and long term). You can play with rhythm, sounds, and colors. My only request would be to try out some other visuals. Different things will connect with different people. It already delivers on par with subscription apps.

Absolutely love this program. it gives you the basic recognized reading programs, and there's an option where you can add your own, such as if you wish to add a vagus nerve stimulation sequence. There are also three different voices you can select from and different tones you can select to begin and end your time sequences.

I love the idea of this app!! I'm very excited to make a habit out of using it. I have noticed that with my Galaxy phone, I am not able to customize the days of the week I can set a reminder, only the time. I had my friend with an iPhone test it out and she could do it. I'd also like if there were at least 4 different reminders I could set. My schedule varies a lot from day to day as I work part time. It would be nice to have a morning and night alarm for my work-day and off-day schedule.

Simple but just what I was looking for! I wanted an app that would visualize (and speak) to guide breathing for my daughter to help her go to sleep without being distracting. I love that you can customize the time duration, use a dark display if you choose, and pick the level of verbal cues. Well executed!

Wow this is awesome! Have high blood pressure that seems to be stress related. Set a 5 min duration 5.5 in-out w/.5 pause on inhale & exhale w/starting and ending bells in the mustard theme - loooove it! Thank you!!! Update: still loving this! The only thing I can think of that might be an improvement is if the last breath was always finished instead of being cut off by the timer - like if it always ended after a complete exhale even if that added a few more seconds :) Ty again!!
