I just bought a pack where I was supposed to get 3mil coins, chest, and cue. I got absolutely nothing and my money was taken so I either need my pack or my money refunded. I have sent message to support in game and on Facebook and have gotten no response still, even though I sent a screenshot of my receipt as well. This is ridiculous when you are taking people's money

I like the game..the problem is I can not see the line to aim the ball. I'm not trying to single you out because most of the pool games that I've played has the same problem..you should have a setting to change color of line to stand out. My eyesight is not the greatest these days. Edited

They mixed new player with the pro, so u dont get a chance to deal w them cause they have all the advantages, top cue n gems. N sometimes its says amateurs but they have a tools like a pro also? And 99% of them are Vietnamese, they dont know how to play fair, they only use 5% power to break the 1st ball, poor mentality. Use my money to buy a cue n the cue's so lame. You only got 1 stars need 4 more stars to complete, i already upgrade it with more than 25 cue to get at least 2 star, zero.

Games lags. And is always messing up. Switches players turns and balls out of nowhere. I just paid 1.99 for a coin package and didn't receive my coins only the cash. I didn't even get my çues...

Poorly designed. Poor graphics and very bad physics. Always starts out with the opponents turn and the opponents are not matched correctly. Very bad.
