Great game, if you enjoy being interrupted by ads every 2-3 levels. Sure, the ads are skippable after 5-10 seconds, but levels take 5-10 seconds to complete. Sure, the devs give you a heads up before playing, still so many ads, it's ridiculous. You literally spend half of your gameplay watching the same ad over and over. Uninstaller. Great game, poor experience. Edited

Thank you very much for your review and valuable feedback. Ads are not related to time intervals but to logical parts of levels and only introductory levels are easy and take 5-10 seconds, later levels become much more difficult and take much more time. Also you can always remove all ads by in-app purchase, plus game is a part of Play Pass😎

Edit: Sorry to hear it's been hard to navigate ad providers. The first time I opened the app, I never saw the menu pop up, just a flashing network icon. Now I see tapping the background shows purchase and dark mode. 🙌 Love the design but not the ad provider. The game has beautiful minimalist design with puzzles crafted to teach you to play without words. Edited

Thank you for your feedback. I've tried a lot of ad mediations but mostly you see the ads from biggest providers on market plus they constantly change skip button design but I'll keep looking for a better expirience. Tip: Often skip button became active after several seconds. Edit: Thank you so much for updating your review!

After finally figuring out where the settings were for this game, which was only after completing 30+ puzzles, (by tapping an area of the screen I literally had never tapped before until I was desperate to remove ads), I think the UI of this game leans into the minimalistic at the profound expense of usability, settings should be accessible at least from main menu or at the puzzle map, without being tucked away. Thank you for your review and feedback and I'm so sorry that the ads that use loud sounds are ruining the expirience. Ads should be without sound if phone in silent mode but unfortunately not all providers support it. You can always remove all ads by in-app purchase. Edit: Tap anywhere outside the puzzle to open menu.

As beautifully reserved as the aesthetics are, Quadline is, in essence, a bunch of slide-puzzles. If ya like slide-puzzles, it's a alternative to the derrivative tile format, but if you're looking for depth or a genuinely unique puzzle, this game isn't it, even if it may look to be by virtue of how the slidy bits are positioned. It functionally isn't. After a couple levels, you begin to realize you're fiddling with yet another one of a bajillion other watered down Rubik's Cube kinda games. Edited

I'm enjoying the game but no settings? Am I missing something or is there no way to mute the sound effects and music? Would like to play while listening/watching podcasts or YouTube without the ambient noise. That's the only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 review. Also, an option to pay like $5-10 to permanently remove ads would be great. I saw in another review response that in-app purchases does this, but again all I see is the opening splash screen and then level select, no options. Edited

Thank you very much for your review and feedback! There are plenty of options, including on/off music and sounds, dark mode, built-in solutions, and the option to remove all ads by in-app purchase. Just tap anyware outside the puzzle to open the game menu. You can find more info here https://quadline.ikovalov.com
