I've used it for a few years. Most other apps like it don't offer the playlists on your home screen or half the features they this one does. the only thing I think would. make it better is to have some way to sign in so you can keep your purchase and customizations easier. otherwise it's the best free app in the category. I'd recommend it to anyone I have already gotten quite a few people using it

6/7/25 Update: ADS CAN NOW INTERRUPT YOUR OWN SAVED MUSIC FILES WITH THEIR AUDIO, & no apparent way to stop it other than closing entire app. Ringtone maker; coolest thing ever. I love that this app lets me use my own no-frills folder system to organize my music. It's just like going thru the files on my old desktop, with all the usual other ways to sort. Edited

I love this app. By far the best music app I've had. However, I just have one small issue I've encountered. I recently got a new phone and transferred all my music and stuff but some songs won't let me edit. I like to edit in artist names and albums and some of the songs that I transferred over won't update. Hopefully this can get fixed soon! Otherwise great app! Thanks! Edited

over the years this has been a pretty solid app that has been deteriorating as a recently. I have a Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra and, as others have mentioned, the Apple ran in the background and completely consumed large amounts of battery. Also, it constantly crashes or will pause playing randomly and constantly making use of the app pointless. Hopefully this can be fixed quickly

An excellent music player, much better than the default one. So happy that I found this one! Edit: a recent update has made it unable to scroll down lists of artists with more than 10 songs. Hopefully this addressed and fixed soon. New update: recently started using the app again and found that it is working perfectly again. Back using it full-time!
