This worked fine for me on a Pixel 9a. The key is that, like the instructions say, you need to load the app, load the VR programs, load your phone in the headset, and then look at the poster of the VR experience you want to do.

It worked fine for us. Once signed up, I got a confirmation email within a few minutes and my kids have been having fun getting chased by virtual dinosaurs and walking through virtual museums. I did make sure my phone had all the correct settings as advised by the included pamphlet before beginning.

It was amazing, simple, fun and, educational it does not deserve 2 stars the only problem every one else has with it is that they can't sign on all I had to do was type in my account than create a password its realy not that hard and the experience was really good and had multiple options to choose from as soon as you log on I really recommend

If it's freezing after scanning the map and you have nothing but a black screen, chances are the phone isn't powerful enough to enjoy the project sadly. Tried on the "suggested" (Calypso4) phone and then my own (Pixel6)....it ran flawlessly on the more powerful phone. Should really include proper recommended specs for parents to not lose their minds!

I have nothing but bad things to say because the company Abacus brands has incorrect directions in the instructions pamphlet. Then when you lose your patience with their misinformation wrong/poor instructions and lack of customer service they do nothing to correct it for years so unsuspecting parents like me do not have to sit around for hours trying to guess how to set this up when the instructions should have been correctly. They fail to make an instructional video! Why?
