It's a guessing game now with battery life. Just gotta wait til the light starts flashing low battery. Why, you might ask?? Because the app closes seconds after opening. Been months now. Thank God most of the functions work without the app...but still. Never buying another monster product if u guys can't do something as simple as maintain the app u designed for your products.

Easily, the most unintuitive and useless app in my phone. Each time you open it, it's literally making you start from the beginning as if you are just downloading the app for the first time. Then you have to scroll through the product line to pick your device (!) as if I have the whole product line to choose from in the Bluetooth range of my backyard...

Keeps crashing on the decora and will not let me report the crash it just disappears. Monster needs better programers if this is the best they are capable of... It's a shame really cause it used to work perfectly and never had a problem. Edit.... 2-9-25 app just keeps getting shittier and shittier, instantly crashes as soon as you launch it.... At this point I don't think they'll ever get it right, might as well kill the app and start over new cause it's plagued with issues. Edited

Crashes even after reinstall twice. I tried agreeing to precise location and I tried not. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and read through other people's reviews. None of it helped. The app just crashed constantly. Feb 2023. So disappointed as I just bought this speaker and one of the reasons I chose it was because it had an app.

Was given a new set of Monster Clarity 8s to try as a gift. While it's not required to work it, it lags behind most modern earbuds, even Gen 1 Airpods, if its home software isn't even accessible. Location is required at start-up, or you can't even use it; Crashes. Afterwards, it still barely reaches a homepage before crashing again. The earbuds can still access ANC without software, but it was half the reason I had interest in these IEMs. Monster disappoints, then leaves this behind in silence
