When I first downloaded the game, it was awesome. They gave you credits right away, and the poker hit winning hands a lot. But even though they give you a little credit each day, very little, by the way, you will run out of credits so fast that you either spend money for credits, which is ridiculous for a phone app game, or made to watch ads for again, very little credits, just to play a few more hands. Very good graphics and gameplay, but without the credits, it's not worth it.

On 1/30/23, this game locked up and I wasn't allowed in to Collect Coins for several hours. I have this on two devices, so I uninstalled and reinstalled on one based on a history of being allowed to do so in multiple other games without losing points. I lost 2,500 points which took forever to build up. Love these games but takes a long time to build a bank, daily spin is not scheduled, and ultimately might not be worth the effort to rebuild.

Love the app but ive noticed my credits freeze. Today i had 1511 credits and i hit 4 of a kind and the credits didnt budge. After a four wins in five tries it now reported 1440. Playing five at a time but it actually subtracted instead of adding to my credits. I reset and resumed play but only chose one credit at a time. It worked for about an hour and then it froze with 44 credits. I wanted to keep playing so no big problem. Its a great game app with no ads so ill keep using it. Thanks.

Got 3 royal flushes within 1 week, and all of them just froze the app. No credits. Had to close the app entirely. I sent 3 emails to the company, and never heard back from then. I Uninstalled, then reinstalled the app., and see what happens. If it happens again, then I'm done with this app for good. There's nothing more upsetting to finally win a royal flush and have the app freeze and no way to get the credits. Very unhappy!!! Edited

This game is very much like the real thing, which is great. The only thing I would change is that the game modes don't have a description in the "Help" function that describe how each mode is different. For example, I have no idea what the difference is between "USA poker" and "WHITE HOT ACES" etc. Maybe patch in what each mode does to differentiate from each other.
