EDIT-- I am having trouble deleting old scans. They appear to delete after I tap on the trash can icon, but-- the next time I go to attach a file there they all are again ? I like this so much better than camscan. When I use cam scan. ? I could not find a way from my email page to attach a scanned document in cam-scan. However, When I use Adobe scan? I can easily attach it from my email page. So I'm very happy about that. Also, way more options on this than oncamscan, yet, still simple to use. Edited

This app used to auto frame the image while in manual mode, ie where the user presses the button to capture the scan. now the auto frame only works when in auto capture mode, which really stinks. now users need to go into the editing feature, select crop. and then use the auto crop feature. The developers took a great feature, turned it off and buried it under another function. it would be great if the auto frame mode could be enabled again without being in auto capture mode.

For the basic nature of my needs, this app is remarkably good. In the past, I've gone to some pretty extreme lengths to compile PDF's, and here it is as easy as clicking a bunch of pics. My review is 4 of 5 stars, only because I have not fully utilized all of the features, but I will make a concentrated effort to do so very soon, and update the rating as needed (likely to a perfect 5). Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! On Play Store, applications can be rated from 1 to 5 stars, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. ⭐️ Would love to know if there's anything that we can do to improve your rating. Thanks for your love and support! 🤩 😇 -Sonika

Like many others I was forced to uninstall CamScanner, as Google had informed me that it contained advertising fraud. I downloaded this as an alternative, and to my surprise the functionality is buttery smooth. It integrates with Adobe Reader seamlessly. And the best part is that it's really, truly free. No hidden fees or subscriptions or any of that. I'm in love with this app, and will continue to use it for years to come.

It does what I need it to (scanning old pieces of paper so they don't actually have to go on an actual scanner before being thrown away for various reasons; quick copy of my work schedule) with no complaints... except that the *one* issue it will have is figuring out where the borders of what you want it to scan are if it's on a surface of similar color. tl;dr works, but don't put white paper on white counter
