How do I cancel my annual subscriptions for a full refund? The one-year subscription promised 1500 credits but deducts 5 credits per minute, resulting in just 300 minutes of use. This significant limitation was not clearly communicated during the 3-day trial period and does not align with my expectation of unlimited yearly usage. As I am still within the trial window and have not made any calls, I kindly request immediate cancellation of the subscription along with a full refund. Thanks. Edited

I paid for unlimited access for a year. They gave me 1500 credits. they charge 5 credits per minute. You then have to buy more credits so they will translate voice to text. There is no voice to voice translation. Text bubbles cover the person on video so you cant see them. When you make a call the video will go black and then come back over and over. When you accept the invitation you will be taken to your web browser. Dont waste your time or money. extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Scam Alert. DO NOT BUY. Does not work as promised. The way to setup a whatsapp call is convoluted. You have to invite someone to the call via their app, and even after that, all you will see is your text captions. If that's what you want, other products offer it for free. There is no voice translation as they claim. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE and a SCAM. I'd like to give zero stars
