It's cool. I like the graphics. (2017) EDIT: 2024 - i've noticed a couple times, the game does not save my progress or purchases after taking a long break. Restore purchases button does nothing. Not sure why it's deleting all progress and purchases. The game itself is great though the controls are a bit weird. I don't even mind having to redo levels. But i'm a bit upset it didn't save the extra purchases.

The game itself is very good, but the Evolution screen is difficult to use. It requires more precision than most applications, and if your finger is covering the icon, that can be difficult. There are also no instructions on how to use it as there are for the rest of the game. It is intuitive, so if you keep poking you'll figure it out. The game could also use brightness adjustment. It may be the look the designer wants, but I had to go to max bright on my phone to play.

3.5, could be a 4 or 5 with more polished features. Right now it seems like a beta release you guys stopped working on. For instance: why is there no way to track hard mode level completions? Why is movement (especially zoomed out) such a difficult 1950s style clunky nightmare? Why do the paid levels have bugs? This game has solid fundamentals, it is fun in the beginning, but it could be so much more fun with a little attention to detail. Makes me want to make my own version, actually. Edited

Relaxing balls. Great concept and nice graphics but gameplay is a bit slow and samey. The AI controlled units don't move to conquer, maybe it could have a difficulty setting to make it harder or more interesting? There's no strategy, it's very straightforward. There's not much explanation of the random symbols, I didn't get how to evolve. I tried six levels and won with the same strategy, got bored and tried other things with no appreciable difference.

The base game is great It reminds me of the games i would play on armor games and kongergate when i was a kid, the in game purchases are all expansions or cosmetic and i plan to buy the endless mode after my review. The hard mode you can access in the pause menu is a pittle bit busted howerver, normally enemys barely play the game since they half capture something and then leave it to decay then repeat. Hard mode jacks up the production rate twofold instead of changing the ai to play smarter.
