booked a ticket and paid. app said in 2 hours will get inetiary. after 2 hours get email my booking was cancel and they gave a voucher refund. (if refund to bank account take 7 working days). and tried to rebook the flight. first price change +260. going to pay it. then suddenly increase to +880. What a joke. its like scamming people with low price then force u to pay more after purchase. i just refund to acc and wait about 5 days to get my money back. luckily they paid back.

It's been a days since I book my flight from Manila to Iloilo and you canceled it all of the sudden and I still haven't received my refund yet. It's been stressing me out that you have to canceled it, and your customer service is poor, please do something about it.

terrible apps... difficult to change date, I got email a day after request..when I want to pay they got a expired time. I have to repeat same process almost 3 times to change date....not recommend this apps👎 Edited

I had a problem upon booking my flight ticket and I was informed that my booking was canceled. I had a lot of concerns regarding my booking and the customer service was a great help because they answer my all my queries to help ease my mind. The refund process was fast to as it was advised 1-7 *working days*. I received my refund around 5 working days Thank you Edited

I advise booking directly with the airline. Airpaz didn't offer much assistance or solutions when I encountered problems. Their emails, despite polite phrasing, but it means they are not going to pay any responsibility. Edited
