In general I like the app. It seems fairly accurate, as far as weather prediction can be. My problem that every few days, it won't reload/ update information, even when I pull down to refresh. Sometimes I end up restarting my phone, just to get the app working again. It's not my phone, since other apps are able to refresh. Anyone have any suggestions? Edited

Sitting here in the middle of a huge thunderstorm trying to see the radar... nothing but an empty map. Close the app, open it, "Oh, look, there's the storm!", nope, gone again, empty map. Opened and closed the app 4 times and had exactly the same issue App is buggy as all get out. The ads also slow it down seriously.

S22+: Everytime there is a problem they address them (and it's not often). As customers we only need tell them. I only regret that I forget to take off my complaint when I'm satisfied. This is my go to weather app. Everytime I get a new phone this is one of my first downloads. I find it more reliable than the app that comes with the phone or google. Thank you weatherbug for being so diligent.

Temperatures and humidity are unacceptably inaccurate. I've check other weather data in my area from other sources and yet this app is always 5-6 degrees off. And it location data thinks I'm in an area 12 miles away when there are closer weather stations. Temps for them in this app are also inaccurate. I've used this app for a long time and it's become too inaccurate.

I've had this app for years and subscribe to the ad free version, but all of a sudden it is pulling my husband's google play store info instead of mine (which I am signed in with my email) so I'm getting ads. When I click send feedback it takes me to send to one of my contacts, not contact customer service. Really irritating to pay for a service and not be getting that service as well as not being able to contact them about it.
