Not with it. It doesn't automatically install on your watch and when it's looked up in your watch you have to repay.

Hello. If it doesn't automatically installs& asks for repayment,it means your google account on phone is not the same or synced-in to your watch.Google doesn't charge twice for an app in one google account.Any app/watchface will remain paid even switching to other device or un install it.unless you delete it,then that is the only time you'll repay.
