Do not use the app, use the website. Every time I pay, I get a late fee. This is because the app uses PayPal if paying by credit card. PayPal takes 2-3 days to process your payment therefore it's late if you pay on the due date of the 1st. If you want to pay early you can't, as all dues and charges are posted on the 1st when it's due. The app won't allow you to set a number at the correct amount to pay early as there are no charges yet and you can't pay above what's due according to the app.
