there are more glitches in this gave than any other! you buy coins, extra spins, other items and don't always receive your purchases! now it says there is an update to keep playing but when you try to update, the only options are to uninstall the app or play. if you hit play, it circles around and says to update! super annoying!!

Originally, I gave this app 5 stars. Since their big update at the beginning of the year, the rewards have become less, and prices (both for buying and the cost of playing a game) have gone up. It's not even exciting to get first bingo anymore because it's 700 less of what I "paid"for the round. How is that supposed to make it exciting? Anymore, I just play for my team. There are so many glitches. I barely get my daily missions credits and have to contact support daily. Edited

the only way to be successful in this app is to spend money. I just had 13 games in a row without a bingo! If you want more people to play, stop having the game win more often than your real players! when you do win, it's great.. but the continually losing and "you are out of power ups" gets old real quick. give more incentive to play!

I love this game. I've never had to make any in-app purchases. Unlike other's ratings, it never crashes on me. My only problem is on Mondays collecting my 150 points for doing all 5 challenges. But support has helped by giving them back to me when it happens. I just wish I could play it on my Samsung tablet. I don't like playing games on my phone, but I've tried several different tablets, and they all say this game is not compatible. They're all the same OS as my phone, so it makes no sense.

This is one of my favorite games, HOWEVER, OFTEN TIMES, the game will not automatically use my available powerups and instead will forceably resort to my available diamonds, which are not always easy to earn. I've potentially lost many rounds because of this and countless diamonds and coins. When I reach out to support with photos, it takes a while for a response. In response, I may end up with a few powerups and an unresolved issue. Edited
