Terrible experience with this app the moment they introduced digi token. After I registered for digi token, immediately couldn't login ibanking anymore. It kept giving me an error msg saying system is down. So frustrating. Besides, I carry more than 1 phone. With physical token, I can ibank using any of my phones. However, the new digi token doesn't support that. I believe I'm not the only customer who carries more than 1 hp. Unable to printscreen anymore also not user-friendly.

this is not usable on my device. it hangs on the boot screen, and does not work despite multiple reinstallations.

Overall the app is good when working. But the previous version is so much more robust and friendly. Many unimportant features and frills have been added to beautify and make the app more "cute". This is really not necessary especially in a functional app as it will just take up more memory or bandwidh. Just keep it simple and working.

The personalisation of finger print login and peek account stopped working after I upgrade to Android 10 on my pixel 3 xl. The personalisation changes couldn't be saved. And the digital token stopped working too. There must be some incompatibilities with Android 10 OS. And the app hasn't been updated for a month. Please fix this issue and release a new build. A premium app for treasures customer should not have this crappy quality.

The Scan and Pay feature was working well, but just now I tried using a saved qr code from Wise from Photo Library. The app didn't recognise it. But I could send the same image to my wife's phone, then use the camera in the app to scan the code and make the payment. So the QR recognition library for uploaded images is not working. Edited
