Liked the free version so much that I bought it. Besides no ads (which honestly I don't recall ever seeing any of in the free version), another unmentioned plus the the $1.99 version is it takes up a LOT less space, 2.88 MB versus just under 18 MB for the free version. That's probably due to the ads. Two bucks is a no-brainer.

Been using the free version for a while. Upgraded to pro to support the Dev. It's the only app I've found that allows extra payments, shows Int. saved over mort term & projected length of time to pay off. It closely aligns with my actual mort bal in my banking app. No slider bars (a huge Yay!) Manual inputs only. Many useful features. I've tried many others only to discard them immediately. None even come close to matching the features and functionality of this one. Best Mort/Loan app yet 👌 Edited

I don't write reviews, I had to for this app. There had to be a ton of work put into this calculator, it matches my bank perfectly and being able to select mortgage types for each country should make everyone who buys this very happy. I bought it primarily to see the impact of extra payments to pay down mortgage early. Thanks for this app, it was exactly what I needed.

I only had to use this app for a few minutes to grasp how powerful and well presented it is in totality. The icing on the cake was using the summary page to show my wife the projections and she was instantly able to follow something I would never have gotten her to understand with my excel amortization sheets (not an indictment on females). No hesitation in upgrading to support the dev.

App just became unusable. While working on my own mortgage calculations, the app suddenly quit allowing me to make ANY changes and started randomly entering figures that make ZERO sense. Cannot clear any fields. Cannot start over. Cannot start with a clean slate unless I uninstall the app??? Edited

Hi Chelle, are you in "Normal" mode (i.e. not "Advanced" mode)? Check the top left of the Input tab. It's possible that the app is trying to reverse calculate and solve for a different variable than you are expecting. Send me an email with more information if it's not working for you. Thanks, Karl.
