App never works properly and customer support will do nothing. Comments on social media are ignored. Game keeps freezing, taking rare gems/coins spent, leaving you with nothing. Probably a scam to try and get you to spend money to compensate, tech support team are no help. Now daily spin special event prizes have been dramatically reduced. It's almost like they're trying to drive people away. Do not recommend. Edited

Awesome game, I was so close to all gold medals and then... Nothing, won't even start. Thanks a bunch. - update... now it starts, but all of my special gems are unavailable as are the boosts, hell even the cat game is not working... Totally unplayable

I have been playing this game for 10 years and have always loved it. Recently, the number of ads have dramatically increased and are now around a minute in average. I simply close the game now and do something else. You have ruined it with the incessant and intrusive ads!!! I would happily pay to have it ad free. I'm on the point of quitting altogether.

I've been playing this game for years and always been brilliant and enjoyed it. However in the latest incarnation you have introduced video adverts in the middle of the game which are quite annoying and also have sound which makes it impossible to play during boring meetings or any public space. Please get rid of them. Static ads yes, videos not. Or make a paid version of this app and i would gladly pay for it. Otherwise i will have to stop playing.. 3 stars only because of ads. It would be 5

Adverts forever in your face and always selling you something at a high price. Now that the games been updated, I can't play my music while an advert is playing and it's made my phone very slow. The reject purchase button is smaller than the accept, in hope you make a mistake. There's a grand prize of coins worth 500,000 and it's technically 1/9 chance but I've never got it in over 1,000 attempts. If I could give this -5* I still don't think that'd be low enough. Don't waste your time. Edited
