every time I use the scale I make sure that it's connected to the Bluetooth I set my phone down so I can see that the app is going through the different data points but then it never saves the information in the app. customer service has a chat function but they never responded. no response to email either. this was the biggest waste of money!

I was very excited for the scale app doesn't work. I tried to connect with Bluetooth, but it cannot find the pod. I was trying to delete the app and reinstalling but it will not connect. Without the app the scale is useless , after several hours I managed to connect the app and do the measurements . but minutes later when I open it for another measurement, it went back to the log in page and I had to start all over again. im now ready to return the item.

The health score is incredibly inaccurate. It takes your body composition, the amount of sleep, and the amount of exercise you get. I exercise daily, and it says I don't exercise at all. There is no way to log workouts or sleep, so the health score doesn't work and shouldn't be there. Would not recommend. Edited

App has good features, one horrible bug that must be fixed. If I open the app while I have no internet connection, it will reset everything and get stuck trying to start a new account. I have to uninstall the app, then reinstall, sign-in again, and change all my settings to get it back. It also unpairs from the scale and I must go through the set-up for the scale again. Ridiculous that the app has no off-line mode and that it breaks if opened when off-line. Considering a return.

Do not buy this! I wish that I had read the many poor reviews here before I bought this expensive piece of garbage. It worked just ok right out of the box. Now, after only a month of use, every time I have tried to weigh-in the app gives me a message "The Scale Connection Failed" after standing there for about 30 seconds like an idiot with my arms outstrecthed. I have stopped trying to use it, do not buy this worthless product! Edited
