It seems that Fitbod removed the ability to create your own workout. That was the best feature for me since I would rather choose my exercises. As a result, the app isn't useful to me anymore. Cancelling my subscription and looking for a new app. Update: They moved the feature for some reason and didn't communicate this in the app. Moving to three stars. I'll continue to use it, but this is the third time some major issue has popped up. Definitely not renewing and looking for a new app. Edited

Hi Samual, thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear you don't enjoy the update. I've noted your thoughts for our product team to take a closer look at.

Seems pretty good but unfortunate you have to pay for it to unlock all the benefits/full range use (which I know is common these days) but for a workout app, being 8$/ month or almost $100 annually seems too high. It might show it but I haven't seen yet where it shows your reps and sets when you log your workout which is too bad since that's a decent part about tracking workouts.

Thanks for your review & feedback, we appreciate it! In the workout tab you can see the sets & reps for each exercise. After you log the workout, you can see all the details from the Log tab - you can click into any workout you'd like to review! fitbod.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12732749777047-Fitbod-Metrics-Records#h_01GTAMZRMQ1CXFZA1XVVED9RB3

I'm really enjoying the app to get stronger and be more accountable with how I am exercising. I know I could benefit from a filter/ toggle that allows for me to work around a particular injured muscle that I just need to give a break. Could you please find a way to include that function? Right now, omitting specific exercises/ finding alternates can be time consuming before getting going. Thank you! Edited

2nd Review: It seems they listen to their customers. They fixed/changed things from my last review and I appreciate it; however, I do want to give more feedback. If we could set the max weight we own, that would be awesome. Example: I only own up to 20 lbs in dumbells, but I cannot set that anywhere I find. It always adds extra weight and I have to set it back. Not a big deal, but it can get tedious after a bit. Last feedback: the "log all sets" button should have a warning after press. Edited

We always strive to continue improving the app, so we greatly appreciate you sharing your experience & feedback! We actually added in a custom weight feature for small weights this year! You can go to your Gym Profile > Available Equipment > Tap "Edit" on the dumbbell option to edit your weights. I've also noted your feedback for a warning :)

glad I used the free trial in its entirety before making my decision. the first workout was amazing. the second and third workouts were terrible. the second one was way too easy and the third had things I simply can't do. for example (though not the only issue) I am not capable of doing push ups. my wrists cannot support that movement. I tried to replace the exercise and the only options were harder versions of push ups. I stopped the workout part way through because of that. disappointing.

Thanks for your feedback! When you first start with the app, it takes some time for the algorithm to calibrate to you, you do want to adjust reps/weight as needed so the app can learn from this and optimize your future suggestions. When replacing an exercise, you'll first see a list of "best" exercises but you can choose other options outside that.
