I've had this monitor for 2 years now and it has been consistently terrible. I had to contact customer service to get it set up initially and it's been downhill since. The app constantly freezes or lags and the only solution is to completely restart the tablet or phone. A few times a year, it will completely refuse to connect to the Internet and you get the horrible experience of dealing with customer service because the camera will adamantly refuse to factory reset. Zero stars if I could.

Non- functional. Have had this app for 5 years since oldest was a newborn but support has consistently become worse year by year. This year after updating my phone to a new model, the Cubo app no longer functions. Have cleared data, reinstalled app, reset all permissions to "allow", and have emailed the dev for support (no response in weeks). The app opens, you click the link or scan the QR code to join a family, and it goes to a loading screen for 3 seconds then back to the login screen. Edited

Awful connection issues not found on iPhone, skips all the time. it's not my internet, and yes I've closed out of the app many many many times. not worth the money app gets worse and worse every day. skips and only shows every 5 seconds. audio won't connect. they have terrible servers, when everyone puts their kid to bed it slows down to a crawl and you'll never be able to watch your child. save your money. good hardware, TERRIBLE app service. they HEAVILY favor the iPhone app. Edited

Only complaint, which honestly should be an easy fix, is that the device does not allow connecting to a wifi that doesn't have a password. It doesn't allow you to hit enter unless something is typed into the password box, thereby making the submission wrong and rejected by password-less wifi systems.

Similar experience to a lot of the other parents here. Overall the cameras are great, good picture, night mode works good. The problem is with the app. Not user friendly, requires you to close and restart often. For us the worst is the zoom. If you zoom in and move the timeline or area of the screen it goes haywire. Stops working, resets your point on the timeline, won't let you zoom in or out and is just overall frustrating.
