This app was great until their last update. To sum up, I'm paying off two vehicles; a truck and an SUV. When I try to pay the SUV, a new pop-up gives me the choice to use my bank or a card. No matter which one I choose, it automatically switches back to the truck. Thank goodness I submit my payments early. I guess I'll have to find another way to pay the SUV before the deadline if this app doesn't start acting right soon.

I have loved this app for a long time. but unfortunately recently it has not been working. i have 2 cars with different acct numbers but I can only get 1 to pop up. when I want to pay on the other one it only let's me choose the one car. and the accts are swapped. car information is swapped. it's so weird and I can not get customer service to help.

Glitches every single time! Logging in it won't ever auto fill correctly from password manager, the biometric feature will work once and then also stop working and copy paste my password also results in an error message. This happens every time I want to just the app. Accessing online gets you into your account but that's cumbersome and shouldn't be the case with a simple app meant to take your payments! Edited

I'm not big on taking the time to write a review, but wanted to chime in to offset the negative. I LOVE THIS APP. It is super easy to use and user-friendly. I'm well versed in tech, but even if I wasn't, this app makes everything so simple. Shows where you stand compared to full loan pay-off in payment count and QTY and could not be easier to make a payment. I can literally make a payment and kno where I stand in under 10seconds and go about my day. Love this!

The app is fine. It does what it needs to do. My only issues are that even when I select "remember device" I'm still forced to sign in. Not too big a deal. But the other issue is that every single time I log on to the app the paperless statements enrollment pops up despite already being enrolled in paperless statements. It's quite annoying deal with it every single time Edited
