This app has been extremely helpful to me! It tracks your health improvements, the amount of time since the last drink, the amount of money saved, drinks passed, and etc. (similarly to "quit smoking" apps you may have tried), but I like that you can make your own personal motivations for quitting drinking and set them to pop up on your phone like text messages throughout the day. That feature is really helpful and inspiring. There are ads, but they don't bother me too much.

Overwhelming amount of ads that are very difficult to exit without clicking on. I used this app in 2023 and it worked well, a few ads every once in a while was fine. Started using it again a few days ago, there is an ad every other click. While using the app just now, I had a spam amazon "prize" pop up in Chrome, without having clicked anything on anything. With the very limited capability of the basic app I don't feel premium would be worth it either. Disappointed in this change Edited

An unusable app due to the INSANE number of ads. I installed and attempted to imput info. EVERY time I pressed a button I was forced to watch a 30-second ad, and NOT the kind of ads that return you to the app, but the annoying kind that takes you to their google play install location where you have to figure out how to navigate back to the app. Ridiculously time-consuming and annoying. Unusable. BOO! I uninstalled the app after 10 min of navigating adds and only 30 seconds of app use.

Easy to set up. Love the slow quit option but wish it had an option for drinks per day, not just weeks. I wasn't as able to hold myself accountable when looking at it for a whole week. Ultimately I decided to go cold turkey (after meeting with doctors) and that's where the app really shines. It's encouraging and practical for those of us struggling hour by hour and day by day.

I drink very regularly, like one or two beers a day and then probably some cocktails or wine or a few shots on the weekends... I function through life just fine but realize alcohol is bad for you and it's expensive so I'm using this app to help my health and wallet. I really love everything in it. Diary, reminders, calorie tracking, weight goals, etc. Amazing.
