I am using free limited version of this app without subscription at all, and so far I am using this one.. it is ok. But I don't like counting my set with this A.I voice. Hate it. I am trying to find and adjust the counting instead of auto-counting, but I couldn't find it. Perhaps they will show it, if you have subscription (just my thoughts). That's all I can say. Good but I hate the auto-counting. If using free version, full body workout are just few unlike other apps.

Hi! We have a free and a paid version of the App. Our Premium (paid) version opens up more opportunities. You can try it out during the free trial.
You may also wish to choose the free version with fewer features available. But we are sure you will enjoy the Premium version, it is definitely worth the money!

This app has things I was looking for. I did not download it because of the Catchy name like the others but after searching through all the free apps, this one offers what I need. I am a target oriented person. Seeing the calories burned per rep encourages me to force my self more, the visual progress by level and type invokes a desire to knock them all out. The custom work outs is awesome too. Yes the app is expensive but alot cheaper than a Trainer who I don't need.

- Not a bad app - Too many long ads - Purchased to get rid of the ads - I had a problem with the duration of the exercises they're very short, and you cannot edit the duration, even in the customized section you cannot add sets, just repetitions (or I don't know where that is)...So you have to add 4 exercises as for 4 sets, which I don't get. - Good tracking of your exercises and syncing with your G-fit. - Asked via the only email I had from the support for refund, let's see how that goes. Been using the app a week. There's an impressive amount of workouts on here! Some I've never even seen before (and they kill!). It's also a pretty versatile app even when not paying. My only complaint is the simulated model demonstrating the movement is really bad. The ads don't take too much time away from your workouts, as their squeezed in to your rest times.

Has the best UI of any workout apps and its premium offer is a 1-time purchase (instead of a monthly subscription model). The app is really good but i switched back to my previous one because i do homeworkout and dont have any equipment (except a doorway bar for chin ups). I would add more options such as a toggle between a set of plans containing equipment and a set which doesnt. I would also better clarify and organize the training plans. Btw, the muscle chart is a big plus! Edited

Thank you for your feedback. Our product team would check this further by focusing on bodyweight rather than specialized equipment. Thanks!
