It doesn't allow you to manage payment methods; it only gives the option to make payments. In instances where you just want to change the card on file for the auto pay, you have to call in and give your card number to an agent. This doesn't lend itself well to the concept of "self-service." There's no reason why I should have to call in for such a simple task.
