I was charged automatically even though no active subscription was visible in my Play Store. There was also no option to cancel in the app or website. I contacted support immediately to request a refund, but it was denied. The subscription was only canceled after the charge. This experience is frustrating and lacks transparency. Users should have clear control over subscriptions and not be charged without proper notice.
