Fun concept, but some bugs hurt the experience. AI customers sometimes get stuck on shelves or leave without buying anything. Ads are a bit too frequent, especially after using the register or computer. Occasionally, an item won’t scan at checkout and forces me to restart the app. Really hoping for updates—this game has a lot of potential if these issues are fixed. Edited

ads every 20-60 seconds. it will drive you insane, clicking on an "x" is one thing but sitting there waiting for 15 seconds nearly every time is crazy. I was willing to pay a dollar to remove them, but saw it's $5 so no thanks. spending money on a mobile game is stupid, especially when it just removes the creators terrible choice to show ads that often. glitches often while checking people out, I have to close the game and then I lose my line of people, along with the products they grabbed.

I love everything, I love the people, money, Food, and furnitures. The only problem is the ads and lack to make it more realistic and joyful. the ads are way to much I get them when I leave the checkout I get them when I buy something I just get them everywhere. maybe you can not only order but go to other stores to buy them to or deliver the food to houses or neighborhood. AND PLEASE LET ME HIRE PEOPLE AND NOT JUST WATCH ADA FOR A CASHIER PLEASEE!!.......other wise everything is amazing🙃🫶🌟

Supermarket Simulator Store could be fun, but it has some issues. I think it really pushes the $5 option to remove ads. I wasn't playing a full minute and already got thrown into an ad. If you cashier yourself, it makes you go through an ad to leave the register. It randomly does ad breaks in the middle of actions. It makes the game almost unplayable. I know free games need ads. That's totally fine, but not that many. Also, movement is slow and awkward, and my boxes glitched out a few times.

giving 3* for now. no annoying forced agreements, so that is a plus. I am not a fan of the music. it's alright, but would prefer something more upbeat & jazzy. asked me to rate almost immediately, having hardly played the game & no way to get out of it, so I gave it a 1* at the time. ads seem a little excessive. I'd suggest an ad at the beginning of the day before playing & one between days. but none during the actual day while playing. ad banner at the bottom should be smaller. not a bad game.
