The products are awesome! However, what they do lack is awesome customer service. I placed an order the middle of March to be ready to ship the end of March. When it didnt ship on time I had to initiate communication with Panda Hall to inquire why. took several messages to get someone to get back with me. I was given the option replace, cancel, or wait. I chose to wait because of course I wanted those items. I had to cancel yesterday to get the rest of the order. VERY UNHAPPY 🤬😥

this app would be great if shipping wasnt so high! I really needed my items right away, but I will definitely be looking elsewhere for now on for the items I need. I already spent a couple hundred dollars on product, why did I have to pay $200 in shipping? that is just insane to me! it's too bad cause I liked this app, but I would rather spend that extra $200 on more product than on shipping! there are a few other apps I found just like this one and shipping isn't even close to the price on here Edited

I haven't purchased anything just yet but I've never had any problems with the app. Theres a large selection at GREAT prices! Looks like beautiful quality pieces too. Now in the past I've had it where the items shown are NOT the same pieces you receive. They end up being cheap knock-offs so that's why I'm so hesitant to order. I dont care for the ol' bait-and-switch maneuver. BUT this app may be completely different. I will update review after I've received an order.

It's okay. The stellar wholesale prices are completely wiped out by absurd shipping charges that are 3 and 4x what they should be, at the least, so it's a waste. I used to spend hundreds here when doing supply orders, now I find myself contacting suppliers on AliExpress for similar deals minus the wild shipping uncharges. 🤷🏼♀️ Every now and then I check in and catch a slight deal that shipping doesn't completely destroy, but that's a rarity. I wish they'd get it together... so sad.

Love the products and stuff I get from here, my only reason for a 3 star is that whenever I'm browsing the DIY Project section and want to add a new project to my cart or wishlist it takes me back to the beginning and I have to scroll all the way down, it gets annoying and frustrating having to search from the top again, I wish they could fix this issue, I shouldn't have to start from the begging after adding a DIY to my cart or wishlist.
