I used to love this app and used it often, especially during the holidays. However, for a while now I have had issues with the app. It just gives me a message that my session has expired but I'm unable to log in due to the screen sporadically changing/flashing quickly. I have tried deleting and reinstalling with no success.

I really like this app, the goods are very nice and are decently priced. Recently, lots of the stores on the site have gone to free shipping, which is competitive and great for me too. One issue is, the items are unique so be prepared to buy asap or chances are they'll be gone, especially sizes M-L, but I check back all the time. Also very cute earrings, necklaces, fun items.. In general, love the app and everything on it. The only problem (and I think they changed this recently) is that you have to pay for your own return labels if the item is not wrong or defective, which doesn't really make sense for an online shopping service. Kinda stinks that you have to pay to send back products that look different on you than they do on the model. Edited

The app used to work fine, a few months ago it wouldn't allow me to update my credit card. I uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the website and nothing was working. Eventually it resolved itself after a few weeks. The past few days when I attempt to access the app the screen blinks multiple times and then says my session timed out. I've forced stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. So disappointing, I really enjoy the products and would love it if the app functioned.

I love this app and love the items Jane carries! The only thing I don't prefer is that every item has a clock on it and once it runs out the item is no longer available. If you ever order the wrong size, you may be able to return it and be refunded, but you can't reorder in the correct size. I'm fine if a sale ends and I have to pay more for a certain item, or if a certain item sells out, but making it no longer available?? Be that as it is, I still love Jane and highly recommend their products!
