I cannot recommend this new program they have implemented. App is incredibly user unfriendly, clunky and slow. Program will no longer prompt you if you wish to use your points, you must manually select items in app to redeem. Multiple redemption must be done one at a time in app taking even longer to use. It takes longer and more spent for same value and no punch cards for drinks. Milk costs 600 points ($60) vs buying 10 ($40) for one free. Limits to 7 transactions and 25 discounted items.

What a downgrade! Small items cost more points (even with the new conversion system) and there are no longer any punch cards! With 500 free points I thought I was getting a substantial amount. As an employee I will no longer recommend people get the rewards as they are now much less useful. I have been with the company for a few years now and I always recommended people get rewards seeing as it was good for every kind of customer. Now it's pretty niche. Edited

The new update sucks. The old version had some room for improvement, but was still better then this one. Also kinda sleazy how they said they'd transfer our old points over if we updated our info, and after I updated my info they still didn't transfer any points. They also took away the punch cards, Which is what I started using the app for to begin with. I was 1 cup of coffee away from my free one. So I bought 8 cups of overpriced coffee for nothing. Gonna uninstal the app. Edited

The app itself works great, no complaints there; however using it in the store can be a pain. It seems like the process changes every time. The staff tell me to push a button that's not even an option on the screen and get a bit impatient about it. I miss when I could just have the cashier scan the barcode instead. I'll get used to it eventually.

This app usually crashes. When it works at all is a special time. Takes minutes to load the profile with the bar code - why is that on an overloaded server instead of local to the device? Also the payment workflow has too many steps and takes too long, even when everything is working well. Can the experience be more like the Starbucks app where the membership code is just another barcode to scan, and then pay with card.
