Scam !!!!! sent people to my house when they got refuse to take payment through the app. Damaged property. They won't let you cancel the subscription ended up having to cancel the credit card. And get a new card. It's been over 3 days since the issue with your service and no one has reached out all I got is robot responses through the app it's impossible to reach a real person, there is not even a phone number for customer support. No thanks. I am filling with BBB. More people need to know about Edited

User beware. This does not work the way you think. The app lets you skip or cancel your service but then your "pro" will still show up, clueless about the fact that you asked to skip or cancel. They will still bill you after you cancel, too! I gave plenty of advanced notice on both of these actions but somehow the message never reached the person that needed to know the most: the provider.

App is challenging to use. Features like messaging the crew are not where I would expect them to be. But I learned - so that worked out. Service is sketchy. Mowing *occurs*, and is typically of acceptable or better quality, but they are incapable of keeping a schedule or consistent crew. Cancelations come - unannounced, half the time - at the last second or after the window expires. Hoping this is a product of circumstance or the current environment. If issues resolve, I will update here.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! They can not only reschedule but they can bill you for both. There is no oversight and the support is email only. They have tried to take advantage of my mother, a retired first grade teacher and double charged a credit card ( which adds interest ) and when alerted to the error, they responded with requiring a screenshot of my credit card statement. My mother would never be able to provide anything like that. Still never reversed the charges.

First time I used the service I got hit with the "long grass fee" which doubled the cost. The pictures they sent as validation were taken from a low angle so the grass looked a lot longer than it was. Based on our camera, footage the guy was there less than an hour so it definitely didn't warrant twice the price.
