I run a guitar class and my students ask me from time to time to teach them a new song, last week it was Knockin on Heaven's door, When they have learnt a new song, I connect my blue tooth speaker to some of my drum apps and that gives them not just a metronome but an actual drum track to play along to. If I could just type in any song they mentioned, your app would be perfect. I will give your app. 5 stars anyway, its worth it, I know it's a tall order but if I could do that, I would buy it. Edited

Thanks. We have now added Knockin on Heaven's Door. There's an input search bar so you can type on any song by title / style / time / genre / etc.

Listen closely to the free edition before purchasing a subscription. This is what I didn't do. No one's going to lose sleep over $2.99. That being said this app couldn't have been designed by a drummer. The tech side was fine and easy to use but the sounds and dynamics of the loops are truely awful. You have a hundred exotic loops and not even one basic garden variety blues shuffle ala Kansas City. I don't get it.

Sorry you have reacted this way. Drum Loops app has been co-designed by a professional drummer and within each drum set range, there are plenty of dynamics. Edit: Thanks for getting in touch privately with constructive feedback. We have taken it on board and enhanced many loops.

Worked fine then play button wouldnt work after update. Then came good then mid pattern play button disappeared. More bugs than on the grill of a landcruiser really a big waste of time doing several unsuccesful reinstalls to get working. Was a shame coz sounds and patterns were good was considering purchasing the pro version but wont go near it now.

The only thing I don't like about this so far is the annoying push notifications every time I change the bpm. I'm already looking at the app, I don't need you to notify me of anything! Certainly don't mind the 1 ad per beat, they're pretty useful beats for practicing and playing along to. Just please stop that notification...!

Hi Kate. This is very strange. On our test handsets there is only 1 push notification (this is a mandatory Google standard if you have background option enabled - you can disable this background in the settings). If you change the bpm, that same 1 notification is updated. There is not another one. We will look into nonetheless for your device.
