Currently, the app forces drivers to accept all ride types as a group (Shared, Standard, Extra Comfort, Black, etc.), with no option to toggle them individually. This restricts our ability to manage our business effectively. Drivers should be allowed to select any custom combination, based on their vehicle, goals, and preferences. This kind of flexibility already exists in other platforms like Uber and is critical for both driver safety and earnings. Edited

your app is wrong so frequently. even when I do all of the things you ask me to do it still impacts me negatively. you say the passenger can choose their route or even that I can but you frequently send me a message not to do that when I do. frankly the directions are often wrong and take you through unnecessary twists and turns which is unsafe! fix this

GPS is borderline dangerous. Recommends illegal turns, doesn't always give warning of upcoming turns resulting in turns made from wrong lane, can't differentiate which direction it's facing. App is very distracting while driving. Doesn't have easily accessible "last ride" option, so if you need gas you must cancel all pending rides and log out to cash out and ruin your acceptance rate. Was forced to decline 3 rides while driving on a busy area of I-10 just so I could gas up.

There's something majorly wrong with this app. It'll just randomly stop saying it's online, and won't find trips. ...and then I have to go off, and back online, to get trips again. The online thing disappears, and when it happens, it won't find trips. I've tested it. Started a month or so, ago. I have all updates I know of, and I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A20. No other major issue. It would be nice, if you could see profile and trip info, while driving, too. Edited

Navigation is really slow and not user-friendly even when they claim to be using Google api. Sound affects the car audio bringing down the volume of whatever you are listening to. If you breath next to the app you lose service, so you don't get rides for not having connection. Force the driver to have the app open in order to see rides, just send a notification like any other ride app (usability). Create filters pls. A lot of easy things to fix if they actually test the app in a real environment Edited
