I have a paid subscription, but am unable to get content tgrough the app! I emailed help and sent them the confirmation of my subscription. They said that they couldn't help that I would need to talk to another department. That department doesn't answer emails. If this doesn't start working ASAP is time to tell my credit card company to cancel payment! Do not recommend!

I love the magazine, but this app sucks. After downloading I tried to open it by subscribing and trying free for 7 days, but neither choice would allow me to get any further. The screen just went white. They lost a subscriber by having a crappy app.

Why does it need access to my photos, and why does it crash even when I grant permission? This is on a bone stock pixel... if it can't work on this phone I'm guessing no one is actually testing this app. I was considering a subscription but can't do that if the app doesn't work

After downloading and signing in 7 days free trial & subscribe window loads. I'm already a subscriber, not going to pay twice, once for a laptop and one for phone. Will not renew my current subscription.

App finally working but it didn't for months and I was unable to get access to what I paid for. Better off with the paper magazine subscription. poor customer service does not respond.
