700Mb download for what essentially should just be a sheet tracker for each character. This would be better as an online site, how jackbox.tv functions. On phones, it stays in landscape mode, making the text very difficult to see for those with vision issues. 2 stars since it does work, but execution was poorly done. But don't be discouraged from buying the game as I still enjoy the main product and its expansions.

Played a few matches and there weren't any desyncs/disconnections so they played out all the way. No telling if we got lucky but it does bode well compared to the previous version. I love the QoL changes. The fact that AI takes over if a player DOES disconnect is a massive improvement, no more soft-locked games. That combined with the ability to have an AI take over for you if you're out of the game makes this THE way to play Clue digitally. My only gripe is forced landscape mode.

Great idea but needs work The notebook is the most important part and they made it super small. It should be portrait so you can zoom in and see the whole thing. It also requires everyone to say continue even if it's not their turn so you waste a lot of time waiting for other players to mark. It needs an easy button to hide the notebook from the people in the room

Meh... I hope it gets better. The companion app is not updated at the same time as the game. The host and the players all got disconnected due to an update and now we cannot connect to their game because we aren't running the same versions and there is no companion app update. This seems like a massive oversight. I also hope to see a change to portrait mode that will allow someone to pick where to move without a stylus. I guess we have to use tablets? Why create a mobile version then?

Such a disappointment. Was looking forward to being able to play with friends in the living room and got excited now that this has been released. However, no matter how many times we input the code from the console, they would never connect. Even downloaded the other version of this app that asked for a pass code assumed it still meant the code for the game, and even it didn't work. Not worth the frustration.
