Ok I'm submitting a review again. I had originally used this app earlier this year and found it amazing. Then another update just last week and BOOM! Now this buggy app doesn't even start up! Even with all the requested questionable permissions granted all that happens after installing and opening app is a nanosecond screen flash and then nothing.... Waste of time - Uninstalled..... Why this piece of ... doesn't work with a simple USB cable? And why the hell does it require access to device location and permission to make phone calls? I don't need to backup call logs, just media and contacts. And yet it demands phone permission to even run at all. Any chance users' monthly bills get bloated with calls to foreign pay-per-call lines?

Deleted this from my phone some time ago because it stopped opening. I've just purchased the latest version of Nero Platinum Suite. I wish I hadn't. After reinstalling the backup app, It Still Won't Open.

It's a fake app. It does something like it's creating a backup but when you restore that back up nothing actually restores. All my images, videos and other important data is lost forever just becoz I relied on this name Nero. Also it needs paid desktop Nero software to create PC backups. Please don't fall for this brand, it sucks big time.

Excellent program for general backup of software and others. Company is a trusted brand for as long as I can remember. The same company that makes CD and DVD/Bluray burning software. Good job Nero.
