Doesn't connect to Samsung health, I use a Samsung watch that tracks my steps and workout activities, and this app doesn't connect to it. Also, why does the app take you to a website to login every time. And then, if you try to click "connect with sitelfit" it takes you to a 404 page not found. Hit the back button, and then you can log in. Can't add activities using the pc version, only on the app. So this makes everything very complicated to use and put into action. Edited

Hello, we are indeed not compatible wiith Samsung for the moment, we keep this for further improvements! As for your connection issue, and to keep using United Heroes, you need to log into an account with the address registered in Active Directory. This app needs some work. Can't add a profile picture. You expect me to scroll through over 700 months to add my birthday? Finding the leaderboard is like finding a needle in a haystack. Surely it should be one of the easiest things to find as it's such a strong motivator for many. No info that I can find on how the points system works... Edited

There is indeed an issue with pictures: it will be solved next week 😊 As for the leaderboard, it was deactivated following a request from your company (we may reactivate it later) so you can focus only on the ongoing challenge (in the Move menu). I am lovimg this app and recent update came with lots of UI improvements. One thing that bothers me after the recent update is that I am unable to see the monthly and yearly summary of my own activities. The App freezes if I click on my user name (or even the profile pic). I am able to see other users and a summary of their activities but not mine. Not a showstopper but it is annoying. Edited

The support guys are helpful and work hard to resolve issues, a bit tricky sometimes as messages are translated fom French. Turns out cycling activities are not added when recognised by devices without GPS, e.g. a Fitbit. What confused matters was that the app incorrectly flagged these activities as "manual entries" when they weren't. Also to correctly sync/connect your Strava account you have to select all options (not just the mandatory ones) for it to work and give that green tick. Now these teething problems are fixed I'll hopefully help our company raise our average! Edited

Tried to sign up for the app in multiple ways (google, direct email..) but all of the path left me in an infinite loop when trying to log in: input the company code, select account and being thrown back to the starter screen. Phone is Xiaomi MiA2, latest android. Multiple reinstalls don't solve issue either. Additionally, don't see option to delete my data and account. App in its current state is not useable nor gives any proper error message. 2 stars given as the idea behind sounds nice. Edited
