Using the Orange money app has really made things very easier for me. I use a screen reader on an android phone. This app as I can safely say, is very accessible for us who are blind or visually impaired who solely rely on accessibility to navigate everything from web browsing to using applications tailored to meet our needs. I have even installed the app on the phones of most of my blind friends, gave them a little tutorial on how to use, and they find it more comfortable using the app. Its goo

Honestly, the is very well designed. Unlike other Mobile Money apps, I am able to keep receipts for every transaction I do. This has saved me on several instances. The the option that includes withdrawal charges or not just give a hundred percent score to it. This is something other mobile networks do not have. Keep up.

Terrible app. It has a glitch that makes it incompatible with my Samsung note ultra. you have to almost smash your screen with your fingers in order to press, select and activate an option.

This app is exceptionally good but it need few security update and need more fertility like buying some data bundle from the app that are available in the short code service like Yo! bundle, kola and more. It will be nice if i can be able to use the app for all purposes without worried about the stress of using the short codes. Edited

Terrible experience. The app suddenly won't let me login saying it's not available in my country. Yet I'm in Cote d’Ivoire which is in the list provided. Also, for close to 2 years I simply cannot pay my CIE bill and agents in branches cannot help either. They might be better of giving us back the bank transfer option on USSD.
