ZERO! Avoid if all possible worst $200 spent. No wonder it's court orderd. Not users friendly, difficult to navigate,very costly! There are many frustrating aspects to this app. The messaging system for one creates double messages, where you send a message and then want to add something and it makes you creates a whole new message, so it shows as two new messages which your co-parent can choose from to answer and ignore the other when they should be combined into one Edited

Not intuitive. Poor UI/UX. Over priced. Not court ordered. X and I tried to use it to mitigate conflict. Total rip off. It took three days to get started, due to poor customer support. "Live chat" support is a useless bot. Call support hung up on me because they are short staffed. The buttons and words on the task bar are misaligned. Looks cheap. Sending messages may crash. A 3.3 star rating rating is only seen on dysfunctional apps. Two stars instead of one because refund was smooth and fast. Edited

Awful app! It works maybe half the time! No support! When I first got the app, it worked. I paid the extra money. All was well. However, now my bank account is constantly getting unlinked, there's no notification about it, and I don't get payments on time. I've contacted support, and they basically told me that's the way it is. This app is completely frustrating. Do not bother paying the extra money!! Edited

It kind of does what it is supposed to do. However it crashes every time you load an attachment or photo as the receiver this makes you have to either close and re-open the app or else click onto another app, then click back and hopefully it unfreezes. 😀 Lack of notifications. Only positive so far is the "beta" testing of the video/calling portion of this app. Which I love ❤️, but still needs a little but of work. Pro: it works part-time Con: it crashes a lot, so remember you have a draft. ;)

Very difficult to log in. I have to first be told my password is incorrect. Then go through several steps to send a forgot password. Only to receive an email that will not let me change my password but using the email link is the only way to bring up my saved password. I am unable to add any parenting time to the calendar because we don't follow any of the apps options. Week on week off is not listed. Also can't start visitation weeks on other days. The suggestions do not work. Useless! Edited
