Great little app that offers alot in the FREE portion. I definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to try out & use Free Photo Editing. It is the best one that I found for it. Yes, there are alot more abilities, options, & ways to completely transform your picture(s) into works of art... if you subscribe. I do wish they offered just a bit more of that in the Free options, but completely understand. 8-8.5 out of 10 ☆☆☆☆☆

Picsart has to be one of the best AI Photo Editor, Video app it is amazing. I like to edit pictures and videos on my tablet. my tablet doesn't have any emojis so all I have to search for is emojis in the search bar also if I want to make a video short for a thumb nail for it all I have to do is take the pictures I want and paste them together which is very easy to do.

previously i had left a 1 star review after experiencing crashes and bugs which caused the app to be unusable for me. however the picsart team actually reached out to me in an effort to fix it and i really appreciate that. currently it seems my app is working properly and i trust their support team to provide excellent assistance if any problems arise in the future. A great app, easiest way to edit things and make images. however, I've been having some bugs lately. The first bug I've had is when I tried to post something and it wouldn't let me make it free to edit. The other bug which happened today was that I was trying to post something and it kept saying there was an error. I restarted my phone after trying countless times to post it, and it's still not letting me post it. Please fix this, thank you. Edited

PicsArt has been my go-to photo editing app for years now. Quick and easy, but has lots of different ways you can alter your photo. I use it all the time when I want a quote or photo from the internet to share, but it's not shareable but I get the person's permission, and screenshot it and size it appropriately. The stickers are endless, even the ones for free. I liked the A.I. filters, but they have changed them, I don't think they're as good now, in my opinion. The image generator is superb
