Very good app, but some of the pronunciations are inaccurate. In the sense, they re American rather than Scottish. I'd like to look at an Edinburgh or a Glaswegian dialect.

Fairly useless app, has a few things right such as potato as tattie but still uses Americanisms such as elevator instead of lift, which isn't even used in British standard English

Hi Finlay Sime, the Scottish English app is the only one of its kind, and teaches 10,000 instructional phrases that have been voiced by a well-known Scottish broadcaster. It is essential for any newcomer to Scotland, but probably less useful for someone who is a native of Scotland and doesn't need to learn Scottish English.
