Had no idea this was based on a British show until after I played and came to review; I'll be checking it out! I found the dialogue to be well-written, and the characters have a lot of depth. No wonder, they've been on TV for 60 years! I love the quirky style of the game's visuals (makes me giggle) and the gameplay is what I expect so far. I love crosswords like these, but this is the first one that has a story/quest to it. I like it a lot! My suggestion is to have the Next button appear sooner.

The game starts off slow and the designs are ugly and honestly looks like they were made from a guy with no fashion sense. In order to upgrade anything it starts out with requesting two and three stars to do one thing which most games start out at one star for each upgrade and then eventually go up to two but we're already up to three and I just started playing this game. Upgrades are expensive and greediness is not cool.. Edited

I'm giving it 5 stars because this would be an awesome game if it weren't for the glitches. Sometimes it'll only let you play the word games, sometimes it stops and won't let you do anything, sometimes it'll get stuck on a task. I've tried force stop, uninstalling and reinstalling, still the same issues. Hope it's a simple solution!

Good game, enjoyable puzzles, but it's not so much the ads are annoying it's it automatically transfers you to the play store to install them, if it's a glitch it needs sorting, but assume it's intentional as the player has the opportunity to go ad-free and it's to pressure the player to pay for that option. Won't do that, I've completed Ken's refurb and simply uninstalled it.

This is a light-hearted, repetitive game which doesn't have much challenge. I like the shameless name drops of Corrie characters. Ads are annoying but aren't after every level. My main problem is the questionable dictionary - sometimes plurals are allowed, sometimes they aren't. Apparently "has" isn't a word. Getting back to the Street seems counter intuitive too, as it feels like you're quitting a word level. However it allows seamless play of the word levels.
