It's very helpful my mom and my sister use it too and tell me to use it and very nice and helpful and when time I forgot time for my period they send me alot of messages and all of my friends and on my mom side telling me it's a very good and helpful too and telling me it's a very relaxing app to use it and my dads side telling me also to use it because it's very helpful and they relax and tell me it's relaxing app it's very good app it's relaxing and i love it soo much and my hole fam love it♡
