This only works when app is open, at least that's how it is on my phone Note 9.. I tried to make it the default mic app, but there isn't an option.. So at least for now, when leaving voice messages, I have to remember to open this app! I also paid for it thinking it would be better, but even all the EQ features, there's no difference in the sound! Edited

The free version has very little options. So I paid for the full version so I can at least adjust the EQ. Now my question is... Why? It makes no difference. In fact neither Downloading the app or paying for the full version made any difference what-so-ever. I was on the phone with my wife while testing everything and she heard no difference while I was adjusting the bars. What a waste of time, space and luckily just play points. Do not bother with this app.

I was charged twice for this application and developer will not respond to emails. The option to save your settings is phony! EQ only works for standard presets. Saving your settings is phony because you can only save the apps preset settings for sound. And other than it shutting off at random times and all of the above... I guess it does amplify the sound. Not worth $5.34, much less the $10.68 they took from me.

Only used there free version. I understand that they'd want to withhold certain features to encourage people to pay, but I wanted to use this to do turn my Bluetooth speaker into a loudspeaker for party speeches, and the free version of this app was terrible. There was significant audio lag, no echo cancellation and terrible feedback issues. The app indicated that paying would fix some of that, but given that the free version was completely unusable, then didn't want to risk money on it.

Almost completely redundant in the setting I wish to use this for; a quiet speaking person in close proximity to the mic doesn't seem to come out of the phone speaker any louder, with any useful adjustment just ending up with an increasingly loud sibilant feedback loop of all other noise on the room, and which is probably also capable of damaging the phone speaker if not stopped.
