I really like the Samsung email app. Since I've had Samsung phones for at least the last 10-12 years, I'm very comfortable with using it. However, they're most recent update changed up the font making it difficult to tell which emails are new. This is a great annoyance! I even called Samsung to ask if there's any way I can change the font, add bolding, whatever, and they looked around and indicated that there's nothing I can do. I really wish I could adjust the font.

Office 365 sign in issues. since the latest update the email app constantly ask me to sign in to my Microsoft Office 365 account. when I tap to sign in, the option goes away. happens 2 or 3 times an hour! I'm a contractor and have lost thousands of dollars over not getting to emails in time. I like the integration this app gives, way better than Outlook Mobile, but I did switch off this till Samsung fixes the authentication issue.

You have to give it access to the contacts in your phone or else you can't send emails. What??? I don't want to give you that info, I can just type in email addresses. I don't even have any contacts with saved email addresses so there is literally no reason that you shouldn't let me compose a message without giving you access to my contacts. What an absolute scam. I'd give it negative star as if I could. This app is just stealing your info, not just composing emails. So disappointing.

I got this because I was done with Gmail's constant ads and unintuitive app. I like the simplicity of Samsung Email, but I have to wait forever to load in past and present emails every time I open the app, like several minutes. And it only goes back so far. Those are the only downfalls so far, and those are pretty frustrating, but I'll continue to use it because there are no ads.

What the heck. The new update changed the app font to some ugly blocky font and not the system font. It's jarring and unpleasant to look at every single time I open the app. Makes it hard to read even. There's no option to change it anywhere, either. Edit: Just wanted to say I waited to post this because I thought they might just fix it. Wishful thinking on my part. Edited
