Cannot believe they forced a worse app. Sharing no longer works correctly. Also, I cannot click on a bird, click on activity (which is a useless extra step) and it take me to a filtered list of videos. Instead it takes me to my feed with all birds. Bring back the old app, shut this one down. Edited

This app is a total failure. I've turned off/turned on my bird feeder cam twice today, and yet again it's not recording videos and when I attempt to see live view or see videos on the SD card, the app won't connect. In fact since they updated the firmware in March 2026, the app and the bird feeder won't connect until I reboot the cam. I certainly won't be renewing this subscription. Already back on the old marginally better Vico Home app. Edited

awful new app. harder to use. camera often clips videos of nothing. under the old app you could easily delete them without having to open them up. you can't do that on this app, you have to open every video in order to delete. it takes much longer and more space is taken up in the cloud. why would you get rid of that feature? I wish I could go back to the old app but you guys have discontinued use of it, although that is where my subscription is at. id give this app a negative rating if I could

This is a total disaster!! Vico Home works great but this app fails on many aspects. It is awkward to navigate from live view to history, and history you have to keep clicking back and forth. I shared it on my wife's phone but it will not run there at all. It also will not run on 2 devices at the same time with the same login. Please don't shut down Vico Home until this mess is working correctly.

This replacement app and previous app have been nothing but a problem since installing. Vico Home worked great last year for viewing birds. Purchased subscription for 1 year. Stored camera over winter, forced to create new account this year in app with same email, subscription was no longer good and company wouldn't honor it. Downloaded new app, cannot purchase subscription. Contacted support, followed ALL troubleshooting steps, still does not work. $200 camera feeder useless now.
