Expensive for what it is and lacking functionality. What I like is that messages can't be deleted and can be exported as files. I also like the conversation threads. One of the most frustrating things is that the send button is on the right and often gets bumped when I'm editing my spelling and formatting. It makes for unintended poor communication. It's annoying that you can't search threads. The payments functionality is limited. I want a simple space to record payments due or made elsewhere.

Poor functionality on both the desktop and mobile app. If we're paying for this service, it shouldn't have this many issues like crashing and idling. I use a messaging service for my child's school that works much better than this app and it's free. You should at least make the mobile version free and charge for the additional features.

Every single time there's an update to the app, the audio becomes useless. Bluetooth devices don't work half the time and there's significant delay in audio. Right now I can't log in to the app, nothing on the site about the issues. Every call there some technical issue. 5 tries to talk to my daughter and no audio with the video call! Come on this app is the only way I can talk to my daughter and now i can't do that! Edited

updating:This app has been doing much better overall so I increased it to 4 stars. Previously I had issues but haven't in a while. The only reason I am not doing 5 star yet though is because there is some improvements that could still be done overall. when it comes to the calendar the person that created it can edit, I don't think you should be able to delete a shared event in the calendar. When edits are done in calendar, they should have original copy listed as well. Edited

A neverending issue. You can't even save chats, for use later. Screenshots are a nuisance. And every time I make a call, my phone turns black and decides to shut off. Tho, it does not fully do the whole cycle of how the phone restarts. It's a quicker reset. So what's that all about. Also, it does not transcribe video calls correctly. Ever. You need a 3rd party app to correct that issue. And it's time consuming!!!!!!! Edited
