Old version was better. The old version kept all the deliveries listed in the app giving me the ability to decide whether to keep or delete them. In the new version package deliveries disappear from the app unexpectedly without warning. I go to the app to get the delivery history on a package I received only to find out it's no longer listed in the app. Another quirk of this app is tracking numbers are randomly either automatically added to the app or not added at all. Frustrating.

I am not a fan of the current UI. The tab for tracking packages coming to me is entirely too cluttered with unwanted suggestions about using UPS services. Way too much information that has nothing to do with tracking shipments. Very similar to a web page that's more than half filled with ads and you have to scroll to find what you're really after.

Works 1 out of 100 tries. Almost every time I attempt to login to see anything concerning a package it times out and gets stuck in a forever blank dark brown screen. I have no clue what happened. When I first down loaded the app I didn't have the blank screen issue but after a month of using it I was asked for my login credentials again and then the nightmare of not being able to use the app as proficiently as before started. I would it if this problem was looked into please.

Very, very basic app. Not useful for most things. The scan function doesn't work at all on my Samsung and they don't keep tracking history so I'm just retyping it in every time. Even Google keeps that much. No time savings here. Delete and just use the web. Very disappointing that a company like UPS has not invested any time or money on this app.

*EDIT* ITS BEEN A COUPLE MONTHS SINCE MY ORIGINAL POST. THIS APP STILL SUCKS AND NEVER WORKS FOR LITERALLY ANYTHING I NEED. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This app sucks. It's confusing to try to find anything I need and once I do find it I keep getting a message that says "sorry we're experiencing a technological problem", even though everything else on my phone is working just fine. It's super irritating. Fix this app. Edited
